Positive Families in Action: A Creative Home Challenge

Benefits of Parent-Child Play
With societal development, rising living standards, and changing family structures, parents are placing greater focus on their children’s education. Play is widely recognized as vital to a child’s growth—at its heart, it’s a joyful, voluntary activity that fosters emotional well-being. Through shared play and rule-following, children learn fairness, equality, and social interaction—skills they carry into real life. In today’s digital age, electronic devices have contributed to growing social disconnection. Yet, the value of play lies not in its novelty, but in the joy and engagement it brings. Traditional games, though simple and low-cost, can help both adults and children reconnect with innocence and warmth. More importantly, play strengthens emotional bonds between parents and children and nurtures the soul.
The Impact of Music on Communities
In ancient Greece, education placed great emphasis on music. The Greeks saw music as a universal language that connected souls and brought people closer. It offered a unique way to understand the world, sparking imagination and creativity.
Music also influenced and soothed emotions. It was a vital medium for expressing shared human feelings—bringing peace, joy, and renewed energy, while easing anxiety and stress. Unlike spoken language, music conveyed emotions deeply and subtly, helping people manage emotional ups and downs, build empathy, and respond creatively to a changing world.
By listening to, appreciating, sharing, and participating in music, individuals developed a healthy sense of aesthetics—learning to love what is worth loving and reject what is not. This joyful learning process unified discipline, reason, and personal taste. Ultimately, music helped people gain insight into themselves, others, and life—making existence more meaningful and refining the soul.
Educational efforts from the family to the community
This year, our center embraces the theme “Creative Families, Daring to Be Different.” By encouraging parent-child play, we aim to strengthen family bonds and promote music sharing in the community. Music touches hearts and awakens the soul’s truth, goodness, and beauty—fostering positive energy in both families and neighborhoods. Stay tuned and join us in making a meaningful impact on family relationships and community harmony.
